I have a big red pimple on my nose that is swollen and hurts will fluocinide which is a corticosteroid cream ?

help it go away or atleast take the pain redness and swelling away|||honestly if i were you id pop it..but if its too sore give it a day or two first nd in the mean time take a paper towel soaked in cold water and press it to the pimple|||hold an ice cube on it
